We will accept returns within 30 days of sending out your order.

Sale items

are not refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Pattern books and leaflets

are not refundable.

Before returning your product please email us. Please include your order number and phone number and a description of the problem.

If your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty, we will refund your purchase and cover the reasonable cost of the return postage. We will replace the goods at no additional cost to you. 

Unless faulty or damaged, all return products must be in a re-saleable condition. Any yarn returned must be in its original packaging and unopened. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and products should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt together with your contact details, including your phone number, email address and delivery address.

We cannot accept any liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and recommend using a recorded delivery service.

We send our parcels using Australia Post. While we take care, we cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages or if you supply an incorrect delivery address.

Gift Vouchers.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Refunds on a gift voucher are made to the purchaser via the same method that they were purchased.
